The elements are the foundation of the magic of many Western magical traditions and our relationship with them guides our path, our magic and our very lives. At every stage in our magical practice we can deepen our relationship with them, uncover new understanding and discover more about ourselves and the world. This course is offered in the Reclaiming tradition and will help you to build or strengthen these foundational relationships with the elements. It will help you develop your magical skills and understanding. We will explore together the implications of what we do and why we do it, deepening our understanding of all the aspects of ritual and magical practice. You will finish this course with a stronger foundation, more confidence and the tools to go further in magic.

Over the 10 weeks Elements of Magic will include:
Weekly tasks and writings on each of the elements and their tools
Fortnightly online group chats to introduce and discuss each element – with recordings.
Meditations and guided journeys to take you deeper into relationship with the elements
A discussion group to support each other and share your experiences
Explorations of the theory of the elements
Practical exercises to ground you in the elements and your own power
When you have finished the course you will:
Have a strong foundation with each of the elements on which to build a deeper relationship to magic
Have learned or deepened your ritual skills, and your understanding of their implications and applications
Have learned and practised the basics of crafting your own spells

Do I have to come to the Fortnightly chats? No, these are entirely optional but really nice ways to check in and get personalised support. Wherever possible I press record after everyone checks in, and send out a link for you to listen back afterward.
How much time would be required and what resources? I am interested, but wouldn’t like to start the course if I couldn’t finish it. With regards to time and resources, you won’t be expected to buy anything extra, as everything you need you will already have. In fact, the majority of what you need is your own self; body, mind and emotions. You’ll be looking at a commitment of couple of hours each week – though you will get more from it if you can put in more time and energy. There will be no pressure however, just space to grow. All of the materials will be accessible after the course so you don’t need to do everything within the 10 weeks, if you need to give yourself longer you can! And if you wish to revisit the material you will be able to.
How and when will the materials be delivered? The main exercises will arrive via email and I will send the materials out once a week for you to enjoy. I’ll be hosting a voice chat once a fortnight to introduce each element and answer questions. There is a closed forum for you to chat via text with other students, and I’ll try to answer questions as they come up in the forum (hosted on discord).
How can I pay you? I live in a country with a different currency, how will this work? We can take payment via paypal, which will automatically convert it.
Meet Your Teacher: I’ve been studying magic and the Elements for over 20 years, and teaching in Reclaiming and my own Faery magic for the last decade. Every year I continue my work with the Elements. Working with the Elements of Magic is one of the deepest, most fundamental ways of developing your magic and I look forward to helping you do what I’ve done in building these sacred Elemental relationships.
